Szép Élet LLC, the exclusive U.S. and Canadian distributor of the Hungarian organic skincare brand Ilcsi – marketed under the name “ilike” – asked me to design, develop and work on their very first webshop and associated digital media between 2013 and 2025.
The project required me to develop a cohesive digital presence that reflected the brand’s organic, professional image while supporting both B2B and B2C customers with accessible information, seasonal promotions, and a strong product catalog interface.
For the webshop, I was responsible for both frontend and backend features.
On the frontend, I focused on creating a user interface that supported smooth navigation by category, product type, and concern-specific skincare filters, ensuring users could find relevant items easily.
On the backend, I maintained the product database and CMS, providing the client with flexible updates to inventory, pricing, content, promotion and blog posts.
I configured newsletter integration, promotional rule logic and customer segmentation.
The backend views show how I managed stock-keeping units, categories, customer activity, and reporting for newsletter and sales performance metrics.

For the newsletter series, I designed promotional layouts that aligned with the overall visual language of the webshop while adapting to the diverse themes of each campaign period.
These designs were created with the intent of staying clear and focused – featuring high product visibility, headline-driven messaging, and adaptive responsiveness for mobile and desktop devices.
